Stage: 24x24, 14 outlets all around and 4 separate circuits (stairs)

Lighting: 2 Generators, Over 25 digital LED moving and wash lights; DJ lighting at front

Sound: 10,000-Watt Digital Stereo P.A.

Technical Services:
Sound Engineer: Over 5hr base rate-$400/additional hour

Sound Technician: Over 5hr base rate-$400/additional hour

Lighting: Overhead lights after 5pm only

Payment Terms:
Rental Fees: $8,000 base price

Bambam also has bartering available for special rates if your show includes underage bands.

Payment Schedule:
A 50% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remainder will be due no later than 2 business days after the event.

Liability and Insurance:
Responsibility for damage: ______________________

Insurance: Bambam’s Pyramid of Sound is insured by The General Insurance company and has liability only.

Indemnification: Bambam’s Pyramid of Sound is not responsible for damage to the event holders’ property done by patron’s actions.
Damages to mobile stage, sound equipment or lighting done by patrons’ actions, are a responsibility to the owner/venue.

Cancelation policy:
Client cancellation:

If client cancels from 4-2 weeks before the event, deposit will be refunded 75%.
If we can book the stage at another event location covering the canceled day, then the deposit will be refunded 75%.
If client cancels from 2 weeks until the day of the event, no deposit will be refunded.

Force majeure: If the event is canceled due to weather the day before, deposit will be refunded at 75%. If Bambam’s Pyramid of Sound has already set up and it rains causing cancelation, there will only be 20% return on the deposit to cover costs of set-up/take-down.

General Provisions:

Dispute resolution: Bambam’s Pyramid of Sound may resort to any legal or equitable remedy to collect any delinquent payment or other outstanding amounts past due. Customer agrees that Bambam’s Pyramid of Sound shall be entitled to collect from the Customer its costs, interest and attorney fees incurred related to such a remedy, in addition to any damages., Bambam’s Pyramid of Sound shall be entitled to collect from the Customer its costs, interest, and attorney fees incurred related to such lawsuit, in addition to any damages.
